How much will it cost?
We are currently in beta and have a discounted price for early customers with limited slots. For now, you need to contact us or request a demo to learn about the pricing.
How much time will the integration take?
Initial setup of the copilot takes minutes. All you have to do is upload docs like Support articles, Changelog, FAQs, etc. After that we process all these docs and train your copilot. You can then customize it and deploy it to production.
We provide you all the boilerplate code and help out with the integration. Unless you have specific cases it shouldn't take more than couple hours to deploy.
Can't we build this ourselves?
You can but you need an AI team to build and maintain it. Getting the accuracy, reliability, and the experience right can be quite hard. If you want to fine-tune models like we do for our customers, you need a team of experts as well. Don't hesitate to hit us up if you want to build it yourself. We're happy to help.
We believe this is the next frontier in UX and the we'll be pushing it's limits. We are building a platform to make this accessible to everyone not just the big companies.
How much will it reduce our suppport load?
After our inital tests, we expect to see at least 30% reduction in support load. We are still in beta and this'll improve vastly as we improve Searchbase.
What if it gives wrong answers?
We have mechanisms in place to prevent this. Initially this might happen for some cases but with each case our system will improve itself and reduce the chances of this happening.
